I rented a one-bedroom apartment in this building this past year, and I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First of all, the people on my floor never bothered throwing away their garbage in the shoot and as a result, I had two cases of ant infestation. The management was non-responsive to my bug problems. I had to call three times in one week before a professional came to my apartment to deal with the ants.

On top of that, I had TWO BREAK-INS in my apartment in a period of THREE MONTHS!!! The building staff did nothing to ensure my safety, although I complained about my concerns many times. In fact, the police officer who came to write a report for the second break-in had said that he had been coming to 15 TANGREEN COURT for the past 20 years because break-ins happen there ALL THE TIME!

I had a horrible experience in this place. If you are wise, you will not rent here. By the way, I also forgot to mention that the front and rear doors to the building are always open. No wonder why there are so many break-ins.
